Our Investment Philosophy is based on sound underwriting supported by an array of conservative, traditional and non-traditional data metrics which can collectively, weather economic cycles. Our typical deal size is $9MM to $20MM USD.
We believe in Walking the Floor. Our assets are overseen by principals of the firm throughout its life cycle. We visit our properties often and engage in-person with the teams on the ground. Our in-house teams experience and expertise allow us to effectively execute the development phase of an investment and manage the asset operationally, optimizing value.
